5 Ocean Yoga Poses for Kids

Ocean Yoga Adventure

The ocean often holds a special place in childhood memories, with kids playing on beaches and exploring tide pools.

Our video features dancing animals that live in the ocean, leading young learners underwater to help a little octopus friend find calm and peace. Through this story, children will act out twelve ocean animals while learning fun facts about each one.

After your sea animal yoga adventure, you can explore the “10 Ways to Save the Ocean” at the back of the yoga book to learn about small actions we can take to make a big difference.

This ocean yoga book was written for toddlers and preschoolers, but older children can also enjoy it. They can read the book independently or use it as inspiration to create their own ocean yoga stories.
